What is your return policy?

Please inspect merchandise. Report any damages within 5 days of receipt. Items will be replaced with the same size and color depending on availability. After 5 days, returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping expenses due to refused shipments are the buyer’s responsibility. Early notification of cancellations are necessary and would be greatly appreciated.

Do you sell individual items instead of wholesale?

Unfortunately, we do not. We are exclusively wholesale, and do not sell, sample, or ship single items.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Please note that the estimated shipping charge is based on this wholesaler’s total average shipping charge. The actual shipping charge will be on your final invoice. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the final amount as well as the tracking information.
